After my divorce was finalized and signed in court, I met with Mr. Sam and Mr. Jhaicob who explained the process of selling my home with ease. Both Mr. Sam and Mr. Jhaicob (the cute one I call him jokingly lol) were professional and very patient in directing me on my next step each time. By following their advices, the house was sold with ease, fairness and clarity. I am extremely thankful to them esp Mr. Jhaicob (since he worked with me directly). Gold Realty Standard is the best, it’s just unfortunate that they are not located in the next state I’ll be relocating to. Overall, I recommend this real estate in NJ; great people too :-)
